Nurse Staffing
Treasure Valley Direct Nurse Contracting solves 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, permanent nursing coverage. Each site receives a nurse and back-up nurse to cover in case of illness, vacation, etc. Based on the site size, more than one primary site nurse may be needed and is to be discussed and addressed in the contract of nursing services.
Compliance
Treasure Valley Direct Nurse Contracting ensures compliance through nurse base and ongoing education. Monthly and quarterly reviews and audits are also pulled for verification of compliance and standards. We start by addressing any out of compliance issues, resolving those, and then doing a deeper dive.
Compliance issues can be extremely costly in survey. Our nurses are trained to be extremely compliant on the nursing end as well as to help identify compliance risk areas to be addressed by the appropriate company contact.
Education
Treasure Valley Direct Nurse Contracting recognizes the value in ongoing and supportive education for care staff. Residents require specialized nursing teaching and recommendations as well as routine basic educational needs. Our delegation process is detailed, explanatory, and has a high rate of retention, complete documentation, and timely nurse reporting.
Collaboration of Care
Treasure Valley Direct Nurse Contracting prides ourselves on taking great care of residents which requires a whole team of people. Collaboration of care is the key to this success.
Our nurses understand and perform ongoing collaboration of care with administration staff, care staff, outside agencies, and providers.
Policy Review and Revision
Treasure Valley Direct Nurse Contracting works closely with the policies and procedures put forth by the company. If any policies become outdated or need revision, we are happy to help write and implement that change. We also provide forms for education or resident specific training if the facility does not have their own.
For new/ developing buildings, TVDNC can provide policies and procedures that align with the Idaho Assisted Living Facilities Rules and Regulations for an additional cost.
Assisted Living Facilities
Treasure Valle Direct Nurse Contracting provides nursing services for Assisted Living Facilities only such as: Memory Care, Assisted Living Geriatrics, Developmentally Disabled; and Mental Health Homes.
