How It Works

Treasure Valley Direct Nurse Contracting recognizes the need for efficient, consistent, and knowledgeable nurses in Assisted Living Facilities.

We collaborate with Companies to outline needs, compliance catch up, and nurse staffing. Each site gets their own nurses and nursing services based on the needs of the company and requirements of the nurse based on the ALF rules and regulations. Each site additionally gets a back-up nurse so there is always coverage by a licensed professional nurse.

All benefits (healthcare, PTO, 401K contribution, dental, vision, short term and long term disability), ongoing education, follow ups, monthly audits, nursing coverage, turnover, re-education, and all items nursing related is handled by TVDNC and included in the rate for the contract. Companies save significant amounts each month with their nursing budgets.

Contracts are billed at a flat rate per resident per month.

Contract for nursing services is constructed after the initial meeting outlining services to be provided, length of contract, pay, and any other needs. Most contracts have an initial three month (one quarter) period, then goes to month to month with a 30-day notice requirement for termination for any reason for either party.

Contract start dates are usually within one week of contract proposal or are chosen based on company need.
